Eutypoce

Hopefully this link from Jason Fields will make up for the Zone Erogene fiasco:

Eutypoce offers the awesome Sukplena family for free download. If that isn’t enough for you, check out both flavors of Val Blanc and all of their great pixel fonts.

Getting an entire family of Sukplena’s quality for free is almost unbelievable. Don’t sleep on this one! And be sure to reload this page in five minutes to see how stupid I end up looking when it turns out Eutypoce is really a black market baby/bootleg DVD ring.

I downloaded a few of the pixel fonts and discovered the wonderful “Fanda Sans” which is elegant, simple and readable. Its as good as Silkscreen, but at a slightly larger 11px.

This is a GORGEOUS font - I am a novice with computers, so I don’t really know how to install new fonts - I only have the ones that came with my PC, but if I am very good at following instructions if you include them. Do I send $ for this? Who do I pay, and how much will it be? Again, this is the most elegant computer font I’ve ever seen. I’m in grad school now, a paralegal progam at my local University, and I’d love to use it on my school work.

Thank you very much!

sheri,

check out my font installation guide, or just do a google search. it’s a very simple process.

most sites offering free fonts at the very least allow their use in noncommercial work. i’m sure your school work counts as noncommercial, so you shouldn’t have to worry about paying for whatever you download.

be sure to check out the rest of the links on fontleech, there’s an abundance of great free fonts on the web.

If you like Sukplena and want a font with more weights (bold, italic and so on) for your school work, I think you’d like Baby Mine from T26.

since i apparently delight in stealing money from the hardworking type designer’s pocket, i should point out that eutypoce offers six free weights of sukplena, which makes it a remarkable find.

that said, i would definitely prefer baby mine over sukplena if it was also free. or even if you could buy it in a $35 package without the “jumping” weights.

You’re right, joey. I’d email T26 in that case. They cut those sort of deals all the time if it means a sale.
